MY PRACTICE
The practice provides access to a safe space for people to explore the things that are happening in their lives which concern or even frighten them. “I believe that most of us come into the world whole and sane. However, life’s traumas and challenges often fragment our sense of self and make us feel fearful and confused.”
“I have developed an approach that integrates the principles of Attachment Theory, Neuroscience, Mindfulness Meditation and 12-step recovery to help clients mindfully manage repetitive feelings of anxiety and depression and restore a sense of competence and serenity.”
THIS APPROACH
This approach works with people experiencing the effects of panic, anxiety and depression from a variety of transitional and traumatic experiences including addiction and recovery, couple and relationship development and changes due to sexual orientation, aging and development, illness and economic security. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore and investigate these concerns in a private office overlooking Lake Shore Drive.
